Big Sister, Little Sister-Cary, NC Child Photographer

I went to take pictures this morning of sweet, new Miss T and big sister Miss P.  They are the most beautiful and precious little girls.  You could see how much Miss P loves being the big sister.  Miss T was an absolute delight.  After getting a full belly of milk, she slept and let me pose and play with her as much as possible.  I hope you enjoy this sneak peek.

Under the Sea-Cary, NC Child Photographer

My daughter, Grace, wanted to be a princess for Halloween.  Well, she was a princess last year.  (If you knew my daughter, you would know that she thinks she's a princess everyday; complete with crown.  Quite the traffic stopper in Target.)  So I was able to talk her into being a mermaid this year.  More specifically, Ariel, Disney's Little Mermaid.  Since this is probably the last year I get to pick out Cooper's costume, he gets to dress up as Ariel's sidekick, Sebastian, the lobster.  Surprisingly enough, he doesn't mind his costume at all.  I thought I'd get some pictures of the kids yesterday since they'd been bugging me to try on their costumes again.  Happy Halloween everyone!

Newborn Mr. B Sneak Peek-Cary, NC Child Photographer

Earlier this week I went to take some newborn pictures of little Mr. B.  He is the little peanut that I took pictures the day after his birth.  Well, he's now 3 weeks old and is growing like a weed.   I was able to get some pictures of him by himself and well as with big brother L.  They are both beautiful little boys.  I know their mom and dad has to be proud.

Fun Family Pictures-Cary, NC Child Photographer

I guess the title of this post says it all.  I took pictures for the most fun family yesterday.  The kids were as cute as a button and personalities to boot.  I had a blast walking around their neighborhood park and pond yesterday.  Mister I loved to climb trees and Miss E was fascinated with rocks.  I think their joy for life is quite evident in these pictures.  I hope they enjoy them.

Itty Bitty in Sanford-Cary, NC Child Photographer

I drove out to Sanford this weekend for an itty bit's session this weekend.  Miss C is quite the little princess already at 10 weeks old.  She has the most beautiful nursery that I have ever seen.  I had a pleasure working for Miss C's mom and dad.  I hope they enjoy their sneak peek.

Pumpkin Fun at Ganyard Hill Farm-Cary, NC Photographer

I took the kids to the pumpkin farm today.  We met our friend there and all the kids had a blast.  What's not fun about a giant hay mountain, feeding goats, playing in a corn crib, and a hayride.  All this was done before picking out the perfect pumpkin.  The kids were so dirty when they were done but had so much fun.  Thanks Ganyard Hill Farm!

Head Shot Sneak Peek-Cary, NC Photographer

This afternoon, I took some headshot photos for a realtor friend.  She's such a beautiful woman, that it made my job very easy.  I couldn't have paid the weather gods for more perfect weather.  Gorgeous blue skies and the perfect temperature.  I think you will like these pictures for Mary's new website.

Butterflies-Cary, NC Photographer

I took my children to the Durham Museum of Life and Science.  This is one of their favorite places to spend the day.  We were lucky to be able to meet up with some friends as well.  The kids had 4 hours of sheer bliss looking at the animals, playing with human and cow bones, climbing into a space shuttle, and trying to coax butterflies onto their hands.

Family Fun-Cary, NC Photographer

I had the pleasure of taking some family pictures of a friend that belongs to the Junior Woman's Club of Raleigh with me.  I couldn't have asked for better weather.  After gray skies in the morning the sky turned, by the afternoon, into a beautiful blue.  Both of her children are very sweet and cute.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Toddlers and Teenagers-Cary, NC Photographer

I had a fun session this morning for my friend.  She has two adorable girls, one who is a teenager and the other a toddler.  You can definitely tell that the girls are the best of friends despite their age difference.  Hope you enjoy their sneak peek.

Gorgeous Fall Day-Cary, NC Photographer

You couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Beautiful blue skies, gentle breeze and a temperature in the 70s. Since Grace has returned from her trip to her grandparents, we are back into the regular swing of things. I took the kids to not only one park today but two. We meet two separate friends and had so much fun playing outside and soaking up the sunshine.

New Baby Sneak Peek-Cary, NC

I had the priveledge to take some newborm pictures today at the hospital. I took Baby Benjamin's mom's maternity pictures a couple of weeks ago. Benjamin decided yesterday was the day to make his grand entrance into the world. Since it's been a year and a half since I had a newborn, I had forgotten how wonderfully small and perfect babies are. I hope the B family enjoys these.

Turning 2 Sneak Peek-Cary, NC Photographer

I had the pleasure of taking Lil Man S's 2 year pictures this morning. He is quite the character and is very much in love with his little tricycle. Despite all his trying not to, I did get a couple of pictures of him smiling. I look forward to taking this family's holiday portraits in the upcoming months.

Mommy's Little Monster-Cary, NC

Took Cooper to the park this morning. I'm really enjoying my one on one time with him. I completely forgot how much fun this age is. Cooper has been making my laugh with his toddler antics. My favorite one is whenever he hears music that he likes, he yells, "Dance" and then stomps his little feet up and down as fast as he can while spinning in a circle. Very cute. I'll have to tuck this memory away in my mommy brain so that when he is older and doesn't want to go to dances that there was a time when he loved to dance.
